It is located at Tumlang, North Sikkim. This Manilhakhang was established at the same time the Labrang Gonpa was founded  in 1844 A.D, by Labrang Kyabgon for the nuns and lay devotees to offer Mani prayer. It was reconstructed in 1980 with the financial help from the government. It follows Nyingmapa Sect and affiliated to Labrang Gonpa
