It is located in the premises of Parbing Gonpa , South Sikkim. It was established by Sherab Dorje Sherpa in1965 A.D. The Altar contains the statue of Lord Avalokiteshvara in Chagtong Chentong form, The Manilhakhang presently has 11 Nyamos attending for Mani prayer.
