This Manilakhang is located in the premises of Labrang Gonpa , North Sikkim. It was established in 1845 A.D, a year after the completion of the Monastery by the same Founder Lama of Labrang Gonpa, for the nuns to offer Mani prayer. The Altar contains statues of Shakyamuni Buddha, Cherezig and Guru Rinpoche. Presently there are 12 Nyamos attending to this Manilhakhangs.
