It is located at Marchak village above Ranipul, East Sikkim. This Manilhakhang was established in 1907. and was erected by the advice of Head lama of Old Rumtek Gonpa but unfortunately destroyed by a devastating fire in 1959 after which the construction of a new building was started in 1961 under the guidance of the old Rumtek gonpa and roughly finished in 1966.

 Later, Late Lachung Rinpoche donated various ritual articles along with a big Mani wheel to the Gonpa.However, the Gonpa was again dismantled in 2009 and a new bigger structure is currently being erected. This Manilhakhang is affiliated to Old Rumtek Gonpa .
